WORK IN PROGRESS - STAIR BRIDGE AND FLOOR PLANS
Based on my pervious post I focused on the stairs and here are some floor plans that are not yet completed but I am working on getting them done. Here I provide the floor plans of each floor and in respect to a pervious image that I posted to demonstrate the stairs and use of the bridges. The arrows are the circulation in which the entrance would be between the Program Building and Hotel Building. I also added the Casino to my project in site. But it's not developed yet it just has some of the spaces that the casino will have.

Cindy your first floor is misleading. You have to show what is above.

I like the idea of the zig-zag stairs. Now work your elevators. They are hidden. In a hotel you need to celebrate circulation.It has to be clear how I get from point A to point B
These stairs are interesting and are obviously taking the focus of your attention here. Code will more than likely require exit stair shafts at each end of each half of your design. That's 4 opportunities for me, as a guest, to find a shorter walking distance to my room. The zigzagging back and forth in the atrium would be entertaining at first, but will become cumbersome over time. I suggest spending some time with your overall massing and looking in more detail to your program and how the rooms are organized. Then come back and study options for this grand stair.
